Transneft provides charity support to different public and religious organisations, funds, establishments, as well as other non-commercial organisations and citizens at the Сompany’s expense.
Charitable activity of Transneft is aimed at:
- Social support and citizens protection, including economic status improvement of people with low-income, social rehabilitation of unemployed, handicapped and other people who, because of their physical or intellectual disabilities and other circumstances, are incapable to exercise their rights and lawful interests independently.
- Providing support to victims of natural disasters, ecological, industrial or other accidents, social, national, religious conflicts, repressions, as well as refugees and forced migrants.
- Enhancing family role and prestige in the society.
- Motherhood, childhood and parenthood protection.
- Promotion of education, science, culture, art, enlightenment, as well as the personal spiritual development.
- Promoting disease prevention and public health, healthy lifestyle, improvement of the population psychological state.
- Promoting physical culture, sports, and cultural activities.
- Environment protection.
- Protecting and maintaining buildings, facilities and territories of historical, cultic, cultural or environmental importance, as well as burial sites.
